A refund will be voided if:
A discounted package was selected.
The primary design concept was approved.
Revisions were requested.
The project is urgent or non-refundable by nature.
The cancellation is unrelated to the company.
The client is unresponsive for 2+ weeks.
The company’s policies were violated.
Another company or designer was approached.
The creative brief lacks required information.
A complete design change was requested.
The refund request exceeds the given time frame.
The business is closing or rebranding.
Personal reasons like change of mind or disagreements are not valid grounds for a refund.
A 12% processing fee applies to all client-initiated refunds.
No refund is applicable once final files are delivered.
Free items and services like SEO, Social Media, Web Hosting, or Domain Registration are non-refundable.
Websites are non-refundable once design approval is given and development begins.
Logos are non-refundable after positive feedback and finalization.
No refund is applicable on work outsourced to a third party.

Refunds are eligible if service delivery fails despite all pre-requisites being provided on time.
Refunds are not applicable if the client fails to provide essential business information after the contract starts.
The service provider is not responsible for account suspension due to the client’s bad business history.
